To promote and advance the education, training, knowledge, study and practice of plumbing and drainage;
To create and maintain a high standard of theoretical and technical, conduct and practice of plumbing and drainage;
To organize talks, forums, seminars, courses for members, fellow members of the plumbing and drainage trade and profession, and the public to improve the technical knowledge of plumbing and drainage and to provide office, service centers, libraries, sample rooms, lecture rooms, set up schools or teaching institutions, etc., for the benefit of members and the public on a non-profit making basis;
To issue, print or publish any publications, books, newsletters, journal, leaflets or periodicals as the Association may think desirable for the promotion of its objects on a non-profit making basis; and
To accept and receive any gift of properties, donation and to raise money by lawful means in Hong Kong or elsewhere for promotion of the objects of the Association
